📦 When will my order be shipped?
All orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days . You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package is on its way.
📬 How can I track my order?
Once your package has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email . You can use this number to track your delivery online at any time.
📩 I haven't received an order confirmation – what should I do?
Please check your spam or advertising folder . If you don't find anything, email us directly at zuheiss.ch@gmail.com – we'll help you immediately.
🔁 Can I return or cancel the order?
❌ No. For logistical reasons, returns and cancellations are not possible. Please only order if you agree to this.
🛠️ My product arrived damaged – what now?
Please send us a photo or video of the damaged product to zuheiss.ch@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt . We will immediately review the case and find a solution (e.g., replacement or credit).
📦 Does everything come in one package?
Generally yes – however, for larger orders, the items may arrive in multiple packages .
